HOW TO APPLY
You can apply in writing, by telephone,
or by sending a fax or an email to the addresses and numbers
shown on contact us page, mentioning your name, contact details
and your requirements to enable us to reply to your enquiry as
soon as possible.
In order to acquire student visitor visa or student visa, you may need a course acceptance (visa) letter
or a confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS) from the school, for which you will
need to pay a deposit of minimum %50 of the total course fees (
Minimum £ 300.00 if the duration of the course applied for is 8
weeks or shorter). Such a deposit will be used
towards your course fees. you will pay the balance of the
full course fee upon confirmation of visa.
To obtain a course acceptance (visa) letter or a CAS, you will need to
complete our course application form and send it to us with your payment, photocopy of your passport and the documents confirming the level of English you have achieved. It is the school policy to
interview all Tier 4 applicant via the internet, where possible.
For student visitor applications, once a course
acceptance letter (visa letter) is issued, you will have seven
working days from the date of the acceptance letter to return
the original and claim your full deposit if you change your mind
and if you have not used the visa letter for visa application,
visa extension or any other purposes. However, the deposit will
be non-refundable on or after the course start date in such a
case. Please note that the seven working days refund policy
does not apply to Tier-4 applications.
If your application for student visitor or
Tier-4 visa is refused and you do not wish to apply again, the
school will retain £150 or £250 respectively as non-refundable
and will refund the balance of your deposit minus any
non-refundable commissions paid to the agents. You will need to
provide the original refusal letter issued by the British
Consulate or the Home Office within one calendar month of the
date your visa application was refused.
Please note that students are expected to be present and to
register at school on their course start date or even earlier,
if possible. It is in your interest to inform us of any delay to
your travel plans. You may fax or telephone the school, send an
e-mail or send information with a friend or relative.
Please note that our courses are flexible and you can join the
school on any Monday.
